ℍ𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠 𝕞𝕪 𝕝𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤... as we approach the warm Midwest weather, my thoughts are...Something you may not ever see on my social media is me in a skimpy bikini👙or me boozing it up like a party animal.... but you might find some pictures of the loves of my life...(topics regarding faith, family, design, and even travel adventures). A friend and I were talking yesterday on the topic: “Just because you 𝘤𝘢𝘯, doesn’t mean you 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥".

As women of Faith, we are called to be sanctified (set apart and holy). Has there ever been a time you have looked back on your past and thought, “That might not have been living out my calling in an honoring way for the Lord?” I know I have many of those moments.
As a momma and someone in Christian ministry, I have had to set my fleshly desires aside.... again, something we/ I fail at. Getting attention, praise, flattery and compliments is a natural desire. Part of being His daughter is knowing I am enough because He is enough in my life -to bring the upmost fulfillment to my life.. contentment. I’m only gonna be okay-with Christ in the center of my life. The last thing I would want is for my children to desire praises from this world when the King of the universe is saying “YOU ARE MINE”... “YOU ARE Beautiful in my image, you have well thought-out purpose .. planned way in advanced”. There’s not a fiber in your body that is a mistake... you were planned. So as we approach the freedom of summer and sit at the ball parks, backyard parties, swimming pools, etc Remember the call to be sanctified. To live holy as you have been called to live in the Freedom of Christ. We want others to see His beauty in our lives.
